The Super Zero Protocol (SERO) project is a privacy security network for decentralized applications (DApps). The privacy protection is gotten through non-interactive zero-knowledge (NIZK) proof, which is a blockchain encryption algorithm for advanced data protection. Super Zero Protocol is also an anonymous and privacy-oriented smart contract network. 

According to details on its whitepaper, the internet has access to much information but the information is not protected enough. Applications on the internet don’t have enough data security protection techniques on centralized platforms. Blockchain, on the other hand, is a good equipment to secure people's privacy but when the ID if a wallet holder is disclosed on a public blockchain network, the consequences cannot be reversed. The high adoption of decentralized smart contracts has become a challenge because of the privacy concerns. 

When was Super Zero Protocol launched?

Super Zero Protocol (SERO) first whitepaper was released on January 10, 2019 by a team made up of  Suyang Zhang, Robert B, Gordon T. Leyla and three others. Robert B is a top entrepreneur and an expert in the venture capital industry while Gordon T. Leyla is GLAB Blockchain Group’s co-founder. Zhang is currently the consultant for the Super Zero Protocol platform.
