On March 17, AxLabs released two TypeScript SDKs for the NeoFS decentralized object storage network, adding native tools for JavaScript and TypeScript developers. The neofs-sdk-ts-core package offers shared cryptographic utilities, while neofs-sdk-ts-node delivers full NeoFS API coverage for Node.js, including container, object, and access control operations. Both libraries are open-sourced under the Apache 2.0 license and aim to make NeoFS more accessible for Web3 application development.

On March 16, Neo core developer and R3E Network founder Jimmy Liao announced the release of neo-js v0.1.8, a lightweight TypeScript-native SDK for Neo N3. The package focuses on core functionality like transaction creation, wallet support, and typed RPC access while depending on only two runtime libraries, including COZ's neon-core. It is positioned as a complement to the long-running neon-js SDK and is currently available under an MIT license on npm and GitHub.

Neo has signed an integration agreement with omnichain messaging protocol LayerZero to add cross-chain communication to its EVM-compatible sidechain Neo X.
