Bybit has teamed up with Orbit Markets to launch Tether Gold (XAUT) options, marking the first rollout of XAUT options on a major crypto exchange. The European-style contracts are settled in USDT, with each options contract tied to one XAUT token representing one troy ounce of physical gold. Trading is supported via Bybit’s RFQ system for OTC execution, with initial liquidity provided by market makers with traditional precious-metals trading backgrounds.
