Tata Motors reported passenger-vehicle sales of 62,000 units in July 2026, up 59% year on year. Its monthly EV wholesales exceeded 15,000 units for the first time, rising 58.71% from a year earlier. Domestic sales climbed 58.42% year on year and edged up 0.86% from June, while exports increased 75.69% from a year ago. The results point to faster execution of the company’s electrification strategy and are seen as a fundamental positive for the stock.
