Eureka Labs said Tuesday it raised $6.7 million in a seed round structured as a SAFE with token warrants, led by Spark Capital and Collider Ventures. The company is launching “programmable blocks,” a block-building approach that lets builders add logic during construction to enable functions such as intra-block credit, pre-computation, and deterministic transaction ordering.

TD Cowen: Prediction-market bills seen stalling in Congress; 2028 election viewed as bigger risk
TD Cowen said a set of U.S. bills introduced this month to restrict prediction markets is unlikely to become law in the current Congress. The bank’s Washington Research team said policy risk remains elevated and pointed to the 2028 presidential election as a key flashpoint as bipartisan concerns grow over event contracts potentially overriding state gaming rules.

Across Protocol's Mar. 22 temp check fuels debate over tokens vs. equity models
Across Protocol has floated a temperature check proposal dated Mar. 22 to move away from a token-and-DAO setup toward an equity-based corporate structure. Investors and analysts cited governance speed, partnership friction, and token designs that often lack direct claims on revenue as reasons more projects may weigh similar restructurings, while noting tokens can still fit some protocols.

CryptoQuant flags potential bitcoin resistance range between $75,000 and $85,000 as futures turn bullish
According to CryptoQuant, bitcoin's current rally could encounter technical resistance first around $75,000 and then near $85,000, levels tied to on-chain realized price bands tracked for active traders. The firm noted that perpetual futures positioning has turned decisively bullish, with more long positions, positive funding rates and buy volume outweighing sell volume, even as rising bitcoin transfers to exchanges suggest possible selling pressure ahead. Bitcoin is trading close to $74,500, roughly 1% higher over the past 24 hours.

CryptoQuant analyst warns Ethereum price may slide toward $1,500 despite record onchain activity
Onchain analytics firm CryptoQuant, through its head of research Julio Moreno, said Ethereum's price could decline toward $1,500 by late Q3 or early Q4 if the current bear market persists. The firm highlighted an "adoption paradox," where daily active addresses and internal contract calls on Ethereum recently hit all-time highs even as ETH trades more than 50% below its cycle peak and around $2,070. Moreno noted that elevated ETH exchange inflows relative to bitcoin and negative realized capitalization point to selling pressure and capital outflows that must reverse for ETH to escape bear market conditions.

Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan outlines path for bitcoin to hit $1 million by expanding store-of-value share
Bitwise Chief Investment Officer Matt Hougan argued in a Tuesday memo that bitcoin could eventually trade at $1 million per coin if it captures a larger slice of the global store-of-value market. He noted that this market is currently just under $38 trillion, with bitcoin at about 4%, and projected it could grow to roughly $121 trillion within a decade. Under that scenario, bitcoin would need to reach around a 17% share of the market to justify a $1 million price, although Hougan also highlighted risks around slower market growth and bitcoin's adoption.
