DeBot Flags Wallet Security Risk, Begins Asset Migration to New Keyless Wallet

DeBot said a team member, Cat, disclosed that the platform detected a wallet security risk alert in the early hours of Sept. 16 and immediately initiated emergency protections, temporarily isolating the affected wallets. Under the plan, native tokens and stablecoins held in the impacted wallets will be migrated on a 1:1 basis to a new keyless wallet. Meme tokens will be transferred only in part. DeBot added that the new wallet will remain fully operational for secure transactions. During the protection period, users can continue to withdraw and transfer tokens as usual, while private key export has been temporarily disabled. DeBot said it will provide a separate update on when this function will be restored. As of the time of the announcement, the platform reported no abnormal activity involving user assets. DeBot urged users to stop using their old wallets immediately and avoid making additional deposits. Users are also advised to check independently for any other on-chain assets or any Meme tokens that were not migrated automatically, and to complete manual transfers as soon as possible.
