Securitize Capital Secures SEC Registration as Investment Adviser
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Securitize Capital's SEC investment adviser registration strengthens the regulatory stack for onchain asset management, reducing compliance friction for institutions allocating to tokenized funds and securities. With existing ties to major managers (BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, VanEck) and involvement in BUIDL and NYSE-linked tokenized infrastructure, the move supports broader institutional adoption of public-chain finance rails, a near-term positive for core smart-contract ecosystems.

Securitize Capital, the asset-management arm of tokenization infrastructure provider Securitize, has completed its registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser, ME News reported on July 27 (UTC+8).
Securitize already holds several key U.S. regulatory approvals, including broker-dealer, alternative trading system (ATS), transfer agent, and fund administration licenses. The investment adviser registration adds another layer to its compliance capabilities.
The company said the new status strengthens its ability to support asset managers and institutional investors pursuing onchain investment strategies. Securitize counts BlackRock, Apollo, KKR, and VanEck among its partners. It issues BlackRock's BUIDL tokenized money market fund and is also working with the New York Stock Exchange on infrastructure for trading tokenized securities. (Source: Foresight News)
