USDC supply shrinks by $200M over past week as redemptions top issuance
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Circle's weekly USDC data show ~$6.9B redeemed versus ~$6.7B issued, shrinking circulation by about $200M to $74.1B. The reserve mix remains heavily concentrated in short-duration U.S. government exposure (ON RRP and <3-month T-bills) plus bank deposits, reinforcing liquidity and credit quality signals. Near-term market impact is mainly stablecoin liquidity/marginal leverage availability rather than directional risk sentiment.
