Arena REIT said tenant Edge Early Learning has entered administration and begun an asset sale process. Goodstart Early Learning has struck a conditional deal to buy 31 Edge operations, including 20 of the 27 early learning centres Arena owns and leases to Edge. Arena said it is still receiving rent across all 27 properties and holds about A$4 million in bank guarantees and security deposits. The remaining seven Arena-owned centres leased to Edge are being marketed for sale separately.
