Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) said it has signed a $1.2 billion AI systems deal with cloud provider Vultr and raised its long-term networking growth outlook. The company now expects its AI infrastructure networking business to grow at an annual rate in the low to high 50% range. HPE also lifted its annual run-rate cost-savings target to at least $800 million by the end of Fiscal 2028, up 33% from its prior goal.
