Shares of Maharashtra-based SME GSM Foils fell 20% to Rs 192 apiece after the company disclosed that its Managing Director Mohansingh Parmar was injured in a shooting incident. The attack took place on July 24 at the company’s premises, where two motorcycle-borne assailants opened fire and Parmar was hit in the shoulder. Police took whole-time director Sagar Bhanushali into custody over suspected involvement in the case and alleged diversion of Rs 32 crore.
