Oil slides 5% and European stocks rise after Trump cancels planned Iran strikes

AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Trump's decision to cancel planned strikes on Iran reduces immediate geopolitical risk premia, triggering a sharp selloff in crude (Brent and WTI down ~5%) after a July surge on Hormuz attack fears. Lower energy prices may ease near-term inflation concerns and relieve pressure on long-end yields, supporting risk assets; European equities ticked higher as energy stocks fell and travel/leisure outperformed.
