Shadowfax Technologies posted Q1FY27 revenue of ₹1,358 crore, up 64.9% year on year and 9.8% quarter on quarter. Net profit rose 715.9% from a year earlier to a record ₹65 crore, while EBITDA margin expanded 370 basis points to 6.8%. On the back of the quarter, the logistics technology firm raised its FY27 revenue growth guidance to 38–40% from 27–30% and kept its margin targets unchanged. The company said momentum was supported by enterprise demand, more new customers, and growth in hyperlocal and ecommerce.
