Coinbase Reports 99.98% Validator Uptime With 4.5M ETH Staked in Q1 2026

Coinbase said its Ethereum validators averaged 4.5 million ETH staked in Q1 2026 and delivered 99.98% uptime, above the network's 99.77% figure. The company also reported its validators represented 12.17% of total staked ETH while keeping a self-imposed 30% cap on network penetration. It described an infrastructure footprint spanning five countries, two cloud providers, and seven MEV relays, with plans to add a third consensus client.
