Raajmarg Infra weighs follow-on share sale after ₹6k crore IPO
AI مارکیٹ کا خلاصہ
Raajmarg Infra’s consideration of an FPO or QIP signals potential incremental supply in India’s listed InvIT space while aligning with government efforts to broaden participation in infrastructure yield vehicles. Proceeds would support toll-road acquisitions and the ROFO pipeline with NHAI, improving growth optionality but also highlighting capital needs given high mandatory cash distribution requirements. Near-term, focus shifts to dilution risk, funding costs, and execution of asset transfers.

Raajmarg Infra, India’s first NHAI-sponsored listed InvIT, is considering a follow-on public offer (FPO) to widen retail participation and fund toll-road expansion. It has a Right of First Offer (ROFO) agreement with the National Highways Authority of India covering 1,500 km of future road assets to be transferred over the next three to five years. The InvIT has also said it aims to grow its initial portfolio through selective acquisitions of additional toll-road projects that meet its investment criteria.
