Binance Wallet Flags Malicious Addresses and Warns on Transfers, CZ Says

Binance Wallet has implemented checks to identify malicious addresses and warn users when they attempt to send funds to them, CZ said in a Binance Square post on December 24, BlockBeats reports. He said all wallets should verify receiving addresses via a simple blockchain query and block users from sending to flagged addresses. CZ also called for a security alliance to maintain a real-time blacklist so wallets can perform checks before sending transactions, adding that wallets should avoid displaying spam transactions and filter out transfers with very small values.
