The Community Crypto Box is a community management tool designed for BingX Partners. Send Conditional Boxes to encourage community members to complete KYC or trading tasks. Each incentive directly drives user behavior and enables targeted growth.

III. Setup process

Step 1: Create a Crypto Box

  1. Go to BingX APP Partner Hub Toolbox Community Crypto Boxes.

  1. Tap [Send Crypto Box] and fill in the information step by step:
    1. Sender: Enter your nickname. This name will be displayed on the Crypto Box claim page.
    2. Eligible Recipients: Select who can claim the Crypto Box. Four options are supported, including "Direct referees" and "Designated UIDs."
    3. (Optional) More User Filters: You can limit the signup time, for example, "Only users who signed up from 2025-12-01 to 2025-12-31," to focus incentives on new users.
    4. Task: You can select one of the following: Advanced KYC, deposit, futures trading, or spot trading.
      • Advanced KYC: You can restrict KYC regions so only target users can claim the Crypto Box.
      • Deposit, futures trading, and spot trading: Supports trading thresholds, boosting asset holdings or trading volume.
    5. Remarks: Add a personal note to help with later management.

    6. <0>Settings

      : Set the Crypto Box validity period, number of Crypto Boxes, and amount per Crypto Box.

  1. After you confirm the information, tap Prepare Gift. The amount transfers from your "Fund Account" to your "Crypto Gift Account".
  1. After creating the Crypto Box, tap Share to share the link with your community.

Step 2: Monitoring and management

  • On the "Community Crypto Boxes" homepage, view the distribution status and claim progress for all Crypto Boxes.

  • Click any Crypto Box and open Details. Use the following three pages to view the full status:
    • Claim Progress: View claim progress and the completion rate.
    • Claim History: View each user's UID, claimed amount, time, and task completion status.
    • Configuration: Tap Edit to modify the Crypto Box settings.

Step 3: Users claim and complete tasks (user-side experience)

  1. Community members click the link to claim the Crypto Box. After a successful claim, the page shows the required tasks and the deadline.
  2. If the task is trading-related, a progress bar shows the user's current progress in real time (for example, "Deposited 50/100 USDT").
  3. If the user completes the task before the deadline, the Crypto Box amount is automatically distributed to the user's Fund Account. If the user does not complete the task, the amount is returned to you.
  4. The Crypto Box page displays the number of claimants to increase credibility and urgency.

Special note: During the Crypto Box campaign period, users will receive the reward whether they choose "Complete the task first, then claim the Crypto Box" or "Claim the Crypto Box first, then complete the task".

Example:

  • Scenario A (complete first, claim later): The Crypto Box is valid from 2025-12-01 to 2025-12-15. The task is to complete Advanced KYC.
    • User A completed Advanced KYC on 2025-12-01. Even if User A does not click the Crypto Box link until 2025-12-03, the reward is credited immediately.
  • Scenario B (claim while completing): The Crypto Box is valid from 2025-12-01 to 2025-12-15. The task is to complete 1,000 USDT in futures trading.
    • User B claims the "1,000 USDT futures trading" Conditional Box on 2025-12-05. If User B traded 800 USDT between 2025-12-01 and 2025-12-04, User B only needs to trade another 200 USDT to unlock the reward.

    → then all direct referees who receive the Crypto Box link can claim it.
  2. If "Eligible Recipients" is set to: All referees (indirect referees included), and the additional user condition is set to "Signup time is between 2025-12-01 and 2025-12-15"
    → then all referees who signed up during that period can claim it.

Q: How do I modify the settings of a Crypto Box?
A: Tap "Community Crypto Boxes" → choose the Crypto Box to modify → click "Edit" to change its settings.

  • If the Crypto Box is within the validity period, you can only modify "Sender" and "Crypto Box End Time."
  • If the Crypto Box is not yet active, you can modify "Sender," "Crypto Box Start Time," and "Crypto Box End Time."

Q: How do I check who claimed the Crypto Box?
A: Tap "Community Crypto Boxes" → select the Crypto Box to view → "Details" → open "Claim History" to see who claimed the Crypto Box.
