If you have completed a BingX event task but have not received your reward, please follow the steps below to check the issue first. In most cases, a self-check can quickly identify the reason for a missing reward. If the issue remains unresolved after completing the self-check, please refer to the end of this article for instructions on how to contact customer support and the information you need to prepare.

 

1. Reward issuance details

Different reward types have different issuance times. Check the details below to confirm whether your reward is still within the normal issuance period:

Rewards Issuance Time
Instant rewards upon task completion (Bonus Voucher, Trial Fund, etc.) Issued immediately after you meet the task requirements.
Futures Trial Fund Voucher Issued after completing the task, the credit time depends on system processing. Check your Futures Account or My Vouchers.
Event competition rewards (leaderboards, solo competitions, etc.) Issued within 10 business days after the event ends.
Referral rewards Issued within 10 business days after the event ends. See the event page for exact details.
Deposit/trading task rewards Issued within 1 hour after you meet the task requirements.

If your reward is still within the timeframes above, please wait. There is no need to contact customer support. If the timeframe has passed, follow the instructions at the end of this article to contact customer support.

 

2. Self-check steps

Check the following common causes in order:

Step 1: Confirm task completion

  • Go to the event page and check whether the task status shows "Completed".
  • Some tasks require manual claiming. The system will not distribute rewards automatically.
    Claim entry: Go to "My Rewards" on the event page to check whether the reward is pending distribution. Some rewards are distributed after the event ends.

Note: Task statistics are usually updated every 30 minutes. Please wait and refresh the page before checking again.
If the status has not been updated after more than 2 hours, please take a screenshot of the current task status and the time of your action, then contact customer support using the instructions at the end of this article.

Step 2: Verify KYC completion

  • Some events require users to complete KYC verification before participating and claiming rewards.
  • Go to the Identity Verification page and ensure your identity verification status is "Completed".
  • If not, please complete verification first before checking your reward status again.

Step 3: Check event eligibility

The following situations may result in rewards not being issued:

  • The sign-up region of your account is not eligible for the event.
  • Your account had abnormal status during the event period (e.g., restricted features).
  • During the same event period, the same type of reward is counted only once and will not be issued again.
  • Your actions did not comply with the event rules (e.g., using ineligible trading pairs).
  • Please refer to the Event Rules section on the event page to confirm full eligibility requirements.

Step 4: Check reward distribution location

Different reward types are credited to different locations. Check the following paths:

  • Bonus Voucher/Trial Fund (spot): Profile icon/My avatar → My Vouchers → "Bonus Voucher" tab.
  • Futures Trial Fund:
    1. Before claiming: Profile icon/My avatar → My Vouchers → "Trial Fund" tab.
    2. After claiming: Futures Account → "Trial Fund" tab under the selected currency.
  • Token Voucher/Rebate Voucher: Profile icon/My avatar → My Vouchers → "Token Voucher" tab.
  • USDT cash reward: After being credited, it will appear in your Fund Account balance. Check the distribution record in Asset Records → Asset Details.
  • Copy Trading Subsidy Voucher: Profile icon/My avatar → My Vouchers → "Copy Trading Subsidy Voucher" tab.

Step 5: Check reward validity

  • Some voucher rewards have a redemption period and a usage period. They automatically expire after the deadline.
  • Check the voucher status in "My Vouchers" to confirm whether it has expired.
  • Some rewards have unlock thresholds. You can activate them only after you meet the conditions. For example, some Bonus Voucher or Trial Fund rewards require a minimum deposit of your own funds or a specified cumulative trading volume.

Once a voucher expires, it becomes invalid automatically. Expired vouchers are currently cannot reissued or extended. Please ensure you redeem and use vouchers within the validity period.

 

3. Still not resolved? Contact support

If you have completed the self-check steps above and the reward still has not been credited, please contact BingX online support and provide the following information for faster review:

  1. Event name and a screenshot of the event page.
  2. Screenshots showing task completion (trading history, deposit history, etc.).
  3. Account UID.
  4. Issue description: Task completion time, expected reward type and amount.

Customer support is available 24/7. You can contact us through the Online Support entry in the lower-right corner of the website or in the top navigation bar in the app. After submission, customer support usually completes the review and replies within 1-3 business days.

 

4. Notes

Notes:

  • Voucher rewards expire automatically after the validity period ends. Expired rewards cannot be reissued. Please check the reward validity period promptly.
  • If you participate in multiple events simultaneously, the same type of task will only be counted once, and only the highest reward will be issued. For detailed rules, please refer to: FAQ | Event Participation Eligibility
