Step 1: Contact online customer support

Contact online customer support through the BingX app or the official website. Tell customer support you need to submit an asset recovery request for a "deposit to a deleted account." Customer support will create a ticket and guide you through the next steps.

 

Step 2: Prepare and submit the required materials

After customer support accepts your request, provide the following three items:

  1. Photo of you holding your ID and a handwritten note
  • Take a photo of yourself holding a valid identity document and a handwritten note.
  • Please refer to the following template for the handwritten note:
    "I deposited funds to UID xxx on 20XX-XX-XX, and I now request BingX's assistance in filing an asset recovery request. I confirm the above statement is true and contains no false information, and I accept the legal responsibilities reserved by BingX."
  • Notes:
    - The note must be handwritten. Printed versions are not accepted.
    - Use the actual date and UID.
    - The photo must be clear. Your face and the ID must appear in the same frame.
     
  • Example:

  1. Screenshot of the deposit record
  • Provide a screenshot of a deposit record showing funds transferred from another exchange or platform into the deleted BingX account.
  • The screenshot must include the following information:
    - Deposit address
    - Deposit amount
    - Deposit time

The screenshot must show the deposit record for the deleted account.

  1. Another BingX account that is currently in use

    Provide the UID of another BingX account you are currently using.

    Notes:
    - This account must have completed Advanced KYC verification.
    - The recovered assets will be transferred to this account.
