Dear Users,

BingX is committed to providing every user with a fair and transparent environment for participating in events. This article lists behaviors that may result in event rewards being canceled or revoked.

  • If you are an event participant: Read this article before participating to ensure your actions follow platform rules.
  • If your rewards were revoked or your eligibility was canceled: See the appeal channel and required materials list at the end of this article.

For a complete illustration of event eligibility, please refer to: FAQ | Event Participation Eligibility

1. Actions that may lead to rewards being canceled or revoked

🔴 1. Maliciously claiming vouchers or repeatedly claiming rewards

  • Participating in the same event multiple times, repeatedly obtaining vouchers without genuine trades for the event.
  • Exploiting the platform's mechanism, product, or event loopholes to obtain vouchers maliciously.
  •  Obtaining vouchers without genuine or with minimal trades, using frequent deposits and withdrawals or other form of activities.

✅ Correct practice: During the event, complete the required tasks under the event rules and claim rewards. Claim each reward only once. If you are unsure whether an action complies with the rules, contact online customer support for confirmation before you proceed.

🔴 2. Improper participation in events using multiple accounts

  • Repeatedly participating in events and obtaining vouchers with multiple associated accounts.
  • Bulk signups, with abnormal information for individual or multiple associated accounts.
  • Borrowing another person's account or lending your account to someone else to participate in an event.

✅ Correct practice: Each user may hold only one valid account to participate in an event. 💡 If family members each hold independent accounts and each complete KYC verification, this is not considered shared account use. If a business or institution requires multiple accounts, please contact BingX online support or submit an authorization request through the official partnership email.

🔴 3. Fake trading and matched trading

  • Bonus Voucher matched trading: Using a Bonus Voucher to trade against another account (for example, Account A opens a long while Account B opens a short at the same time, making them each other's counterparties and artificially transferring PnL) to obtain Bonus Voucher profits.
  • Matched trading with own funds: Using one's own funds to trade with one's associated accounts and artificially generate trading volume to obtain event rewards or leaderboard rankings.
  • Abnormal trading across multiple accounts, or clearly abnormal profits from trades using vouchers.

✅ Correct practice: Make each trade independently based on your own market judgment. Do not coordinate direction or amounts with another account in advance. Simply put: Your buy and sell actions must not be intentionally coordinated to help another account profit.

🔴 4. Obtaining improper profits by exploiting platform vulnerabilities

  • Exploiting settlement irregularities, system vulnerabilities, or rule loopholes to gain profits beyond normal expectations.
  • Using technical means to bypass event participation limits or reward distribution mechanisms.
  • Using automation tools, scripts, or crawlers not authorized by BingX to interfere with platform operations or event statistics.

Programmatic trading through the BingX official API, and third-party strategy tools authorized by BingX (such as TradingView Pine Script strategies), are not subject to these restrictions.

🔴 5. Providing false information to participate in events

  • Concealing real user information or account activity to improperly claim event rewards.
  • Participating in an event by deceptive means when the account sign-up region is outside the event promotion scope.
  • Using another person's identity information to complete KYC verification and participate in events.

✅ Correct practice: Sign up with your real identity and complete KYC verification. Make sure your account information matches your actual situation. If your sign-up region needs updating, contact customer support and submit the required supporting documents.

2. Actions the platform may take

After verifying any of the above violations, BingX will take one or more of the following actions based on the case severity:

3. If you disagree with the result
