CoinShares 撤回 XRP、Solana、Litecoin ETF 申請，專注 12 億美元 SPAC 合併

歐洲數碼資產管理公司 CoinShares 已撤回向美國證券交易委員會提交的 XRP、Solana 及 Litecoin 現貨加密貨幣 ETF 註冊申請。該公司於 2024 年 11 月 28 日提交 Form RW 撤回請求，此舉正值其準備透過與納斯達克上市公司 Vine Hill Capital 進行 12 億美元 SPAC 合併而公開上市，該交易於 2024 年 9 月宣布。公司同時終止其 CoinShares Bitcoin Futures Leveraged ETF。
