VivoPower 在週三的新聞稿稱，將把其持有的部分 Ripple Labs 股份轉讓予南韓 Kweather Co.，並在該公司取得 20% 持股，估值 $4.3 million。其餘 Ripple 股份擬按市價轉予 Lean Ventures，且交易須經 Ripple Labs 內部審批。
