Eldorado Gold renews NCIB, authorized to repurchase up to 13,065,993 shares through July 31, 2027
Eldorado Gold Corporation (TSX: ELD, NYSE: EGO) said the Toronto Stock Exchange has approved its notice to renew a normal course issuer bid. The company may buy back up to 13,065,993 common shares over the next year, representing 5% of the 261,319,863 shares outstanding as at July 27, 2026. Purchases on the TSX will be capped at 194,581 shares per day under TSX rules. The buyback is described as a routine capital return and does not involve new financing or a change in the business.
