The filing also allows USDC for operational purposes such as expenses and trade execution, not as an investment holding.

Over the last 12 months, Solana-led public fundraising totaled $884M versus Ethereum's $529M, while Series B+ and Strategic funding reached $6.47B in 2026 YTD across 139 rounds. Raydium said it will cover losses after an attacker drained about $1.34 million from five deprecated liquidity pools tied to its legacy AMM V3 program that has been phased out since 2021. Raydium said Wednesday that its retired AMM V3 program was exploited for $1.34 million on Solana.
