KelpDAO exploit triggers Aave bad debt as attacker uses RSETH collateral to borrow ETH

Following the KelpDAO exploit, the attacker deposited $RSETH into #Aave and borrowed $ETH against it, leaving #Aave with bad debt. Large holders have since moved quickly to withdraw $ETH from #Aave. Aave's $ETH utilization rate has now hit 100%.
