Aave Hit by $27 Million Liquidations After Oracle Glitch

Decentralized finance protocol Aave experienced approximately $27 million in liquidations over the past 24 hours following a temporary malfunction in its CAPO risk oracle for wstETH collateral, according to CoinDesk. Aave said the incident did not affect the core protocol. Chaos Labs, the oracle provider, stated that users impacted by the glitch would be fully reimbursed.
