Sparklend draws $1.4B in net deposits as Aave sees withdrawals after rsETH incident

Blockworks Research data show lending protocols including Aave experienced notable outflows in the wake of the rsETH incident. Over the past two days, Sparklend moved in the opposite direction, posting nearly $1.4 billion in net deposits and roughly $350 million in loan growth. The Spark team said it had already paused rsETH and other low-usage assets as early as January and was not affected by the latest incident.
