Caldwell to move UDA ETF units from the TSX to the CSE, with relisting set for Aug. 14, 2026
Caldwell Investment Management Ltd. said it will move the ETF units of the Caldwell U.S. Dividend Advantage Fund (UDA) from the Toronto Stock Exchange to the Canadian Securities Exchange. The fund is expected to voluntarily delist from the TSX after market close on Aug. 13, 2026 and begin trading on the CSE on Aug. 14. The change is limited to the listing venue and does not alter the fund’s investment strategy, portfolio holdings or management team. No changes were disclosed to the management expense ratio, liquidity or market-making arrangements.
