To ensure trading and account security, our platform has officially implemented a daily order cancellation limit for P2P trades.
This policy applies only to P2P trading and does not affect other services such as Spot, Futures, Copy Trading, Grid Trading, or Wealth.
Cancellation Limit Details:
- If a user cancels 3 P2P orders within 24 hours, the system will temporarily restrict P2P buying and selling functions for 24 hours.
- Affected users will see a notification when attempting to trade — whether via choosing a merchant on the P2P homepage or in Quick Order.
- Orders canceled by timeout, automatically by the system, or manually by customer support do not count toward the cancellation limit.
- Verified merchants are exempt from this limit. Regular merchants may still post ads, but cannot place orders while restricted.
- During the restriction period, only P2P trading is paused. All other trading services remain available. Full P2P access will be restored automatically after the restriction expires.
- This restriction is automatically applied by the system and cannot be lifted early upon request.
Examples:
- User A cancels three P2P orders in one day. P2P trading is restricted immediately. The user must wait until the specified time to trade again.
- User B cancels only 2 orders. No restriction is applied.
- User C’s order is canceled by the system. This does not count toward their cancellation limit. The same applies to orders canceled by support or due to a timeout.
This policy is part of our ongoing security and risk control efforts to prevent misuse and protect all users’ funds. Please plan your trades carefully and avoid frequent cancellations.
