Binance to Cover All Hacking Losses, Co-founder Yi He Says

Binance cofounder Yi He said the exchange will cover all hacking losses after a security breach. User funds are safe, and deposits and withdrawals are temporarily suspended while the team conducts security checks, freezes funds and works with law enforcement. A full postmortem will follow once the investigation is complete.
