Strategy boosts USD reserve to $3.75B after $544M MSTR stock sale and $25M STRC repurchase

Strategy said it sold $544 million of MSTR common stock and repurchased $25 million of STRC, lifting its USD Reserve by $525 million to $3.75 billion. The company said the cash provides about 2.1 years of dividend coverage, and reported 843,775 BTC in its Bitcoin Reserve as of July 26.
