NYSE Parent ICE to Take Stake in Trade xyz for US Perpetual Futures Launch

Intercontinental Exchange, parent of the New York Stock Exchange, plans to partner with Trade xyz to launch regulated perpetual futures in the United States. The venue is slated to run on Hyperliquid infrastructure with dedicated clearing and KYC and AML compliance, covering equities, indexes, commodities and FX pending regulatory approval. ICE will take an undisclosed equity stake in Trade xyz.
