DLF Q1 net profit rises 4.1% to ₹793.9 crore; new sales bookings at ₹657 crore

DLF reported a consolidated net profit of ₹793.9 crore for the first quarter, up 4.1% from ₹762.7 crore a year earlier. Revenue fell 52.9% year on year to ₹1,280.3 crore, while EBITDA declined 58.7% to ₹150.3 crore. The company’s rental portfolio of about 50 million square feet maintained 95% occupancy, and new sales bookings during the quarter were ₹657 crore. It also generated operating cash flow of ₹1,317 crore and ended the quarter with a net cash position of ₹15,200 crore.
