BitMine Adds 32,447 ETH, Bringing Total Holdings to 5.847M

BitMine Immersion Technologies (BMNR) said it held 5,847,611 ETH as of Aug. 23, worth about 4.8% of total ETH supply based on an ETH price of $2,440, according to a PRNewswire release cited by Mars Finance. The company added 32,447 ETH over the past week and said it has been buying ETH every week since rolling out its ETH treasury strategy in June 2025. BitMine reported total combined holdings of crypto assets, cash and marketable securities of about $14.9 billion, including 210 BTC and $308 million in cash and marketable securities. It has staked 5,067,309 ETH—around 87% of its ETH position—and estimates annualized staking income at roughly $330 million.
