SEC filing: Strategy sells 1,638 BTC for $104.7 million, trimming holdings to 842,138 BTC

Strategy sold 1,638 bitcoin for $104.7 million last week, cutting its total BTC holdings to 842,138, according to a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. The company said about half of the proceeds went to fund preferred stock dividends, while the rest was used to repurchase STRC preferred shares through its Digital Credit Securities Repurchase Program.
