Dhampur Bio Organics completes Meerganj unit slump sale to Forever Global for ₹305 crores

Dhampur Bio Organics said it completed the sale of its Meerganj sugar factory in Bareilly to Forever Global Enterprises Limited on June 18, 2026 for ₹305 crores. The asset was transferred as a going concern after the conveyance deed was executed and registered. The company said it has received the full consideration and that the unit’s operations head has resigned.
