Ripple makes Series E investment in Flutterwave to expand RLUSD and XRPL payments in Africa

Ripple has made a strategic Series E investment in Flutterwave, one of Africa’s leading fintech firms. The move is aimed at pushing Ripple’s RLUSD stablecoin deeper into the region’s payment flows. Ripple also plans to integrate the XRP Ledger (XRPL) and stablecoin-based settlement into Flutterwave’s infrastructure.
