Yorkville America and Corgi Securities seek SEC approval for ‘MANGOS’ AI-themed ETFs after SpaceX’s $75 billion IPO

Two asset managers have filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to launch ETFs tied to the “MANGOS” theme, a basket spanning Meta, Nvidia, Google, SpaceX, Anthropic and OpenAI. The narrative positions MANGOS as a new AI-focused trade that aims to extend investor interest beyond the “Magnificent Seven.” If approved, the ETFs could begin trading by the end of August and channel additional flows toward major AI-linked names. SpaceX is not publicly listed, and Anthropic and OpenAI are private companies, meaning they are not directly tradable holdings.
