Core AI Holdings adds former Meta executive John Clinton Haley to advisory board

Core AI Holdings (Nasdaq: CHAI) said it has appointed John Clinton Haley, CEO of Allianca Group and a former Meta Platforms leader, to its advisory board. The company said Haley has overseen the delivery of more than 720 MW of mission-critical data center capacity globally and supported annual project portfolios exceeding $6 billion. Core AI said the appointment follows its recently announced strategic joint venture with Allianca aimed at accelerating development of AI-ready data centers to meet demand for next-generation compute capacity.
